CAPABILITIES - What We Do
At Sambrailo Packaging, we set ourselves apart from the competition by providing the produce industry with a unique product mix and services model.  These offerings include distribution, custom packaging design & manufacturing, label design and application, forecasting and inventory control.

Distribution
As a distributor of cartons, inter-pack designs and accessories, Sambrailo can provide you with a wide variety of packaging options--including the right one for your product.  We can do this goal via three options:  with Sambrailo's patented MIXIM Packaging System; by accessing products from other manufacturers on your behalf; through custom designing a package from scratch. As the term distributor suggests, Sambrailo also offers forecasting, inventory control, warehousing and delivery.

Forecasting & Inventory Control
In any tight-margin industry, package shortages and surpluses make a significant difference to the bottom line.  Sambrailo Packaging maintains computer records of your product usage--broken down by item, quantity and date.  Similarly, we are also set up to provide our customers with regular inventory reports. These data are used by your Sambrailo account manager to help forecast your future packaging needs.

Warehousing & Delivery
Because of our sophisticated product tracking system, we are able to efficiently warehouse packaging materials for our customers.  This can be done at one of our 7 distribution centers or directly on your site.  In either case you can be assured that you will have what you need, when you need it.When it comes time to put your packaging to work in the fields, we can dispatch a fully loaded truck from our fleet to any location in Central California. To make shipments of any size elsewhere in North America, we work through a variety of commercial transportation companies.

Custom Packaging Design & Manufacturing
Often, a stock item from a catalog or off-the-shelf is not optimal for your unique fruit or vegetable.  As a packaging innovator, Sambrailo accepts the challenge to design a custom container for your product. We start with the motto "whatever is best for the produce," include your specific requirements and ultimately complete the project with graphic design that maximizes retail potential.

Label Design and Application
At Sambrailo, we understand how label design plays a pivotal role in a product's retail presentation.  From catchy graphics to the optimum adhesive, we work with our clients to design the "perfect" label. Once this phase is complete, Sambrailo can manufacture and apply your labels to clamshells on our high-speed labeling machines. This highly efficient system saves our clients time and excess labor costs.
