No longer will it be necessary for processors to maintain inventory of both lid and till. Additional cost savings and increased throughput will be realized in the elimination of one step at the production level. The overlapping flaps at the top eliminate the need for a heat sealing ring. Instead, the application of your branded label will also serve as a tamper-evident safety seal.
End users will also appreciate the safety, efficiency and ease with which product packed in the Snap-Flap can be stored and reused.

Sambrailo Packaging Introduces the “RunRite” Blueberry Clamshell
Sambrailo Packaging is proud to introduce our new line of “RunRite” Blueberry Clamshells. These containers have been carefully engineered to run on both high-speed volume and weigh-filled packing lines with minimal down-time and product loss. As such the RunRite is the most efficient and cost-effective clamshell on the market.
Some of the unique features of Sambrailo’s RunRite Blueberry Clamshell include: perfectly-placed lugs for consistent denesting; a flat bottom, strong side-walls and firm hinges for added stability and reduced torque as clamshell moves down conveyor during filling phase; a tight lid lock; cleverly designed base which fits snuggly onto lid when clamshells are stacked in tray; and made from 100% recyclable PET.
